Belarus Mission Day 09

Belarus Mission

Day 9

By Peter Ruck

I woke up with such joy in my heart and this song, “All things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small, the Lord God made them all.” I am so happy and grateful to God for speaking to me and sending me here to Belarus. I can never doubt the call on my life despite what any man may say! I am a blessed man.

The children’s ministry outreach continued with the “seed,” we had sown the night before. The children from the day before brought other children and we now had over 70 youngsters and parents. The team was in full operation – with two clowns making presentations, praise and worship for children and games for them to enjoy. I was again able to share the principles of the seeds that we had sown and the love God has for each one of them. Yauheni and his team had a great response to the day. Two ladies, Kate & Nastrya, came forward from the audience. Kate asked if they could speak to me. Thank goodness Olga was around. I remembered them from Tuesday night’s service; they said they came to tell me how the message had changed their lives and that of their friend, Zoya who was saved.

On Saturday evening, I was invited to share and to give a short testimony by Senior Pastor Mikhail Kukarchuk. Yauheni spoke about his trip to Bulgaria. This group of people are interested and involved in evangelism. Mikhall organises missions, each time they meet like this, you get to sample food from one of team’s latest trips. Finally, the group was asked to share their personal involvement in missions before praying for the work.
