Day 10

We began at Christ Jesus Church. I had promised to join the children in Sunday school following the previous two days outreach. After being with them for awhile, I left to rejoin the main service and spoke a message of ‘God being a God of second chances’ with a short testimony and how God had spoken to me to come to Belarus to seek Yauheni.

We set off from the city to Abundant Life Church, where Yauheni and I were due to speak. Yauheni spoke about the Tent ministry and the miracles that they had seen in Bulgaria. I followed him, speaking on God’s love and forgiveness. The fact is Jesus never taught what to preach; He taught us what to pray. Jesus gave us these commandments: “Love God with our whole being” and to “Love thy neighbour”; I shared on how it is important to show God’s love and reach out to people.

In the evening, we had dinner and fellowship with Pastor Pavell and his wife, Irina. It was good to spend some more time with her as she was the main leader from her church’s “King’s Kids” ministry that had inspired me on Monday night when I met the Youth groups.
