We began at Christ Jesus Church. I had promised to join the children in Sunday school following the previous two days outreach. After being with them for awhile, I left to rejoin the main service and spoke a message of ‘God being a God of second chances’ with a short testimony and how God had spoken to me to come to Belarus to seek Yauheni.

I woke up with such joy in my heart and this song, “All things bright and beautiful, all creatures great and small, the Lord God made them all.” I am so happy and grateful to God for speaking to me and sending me here to Belarus. I can never doubt the call on my life despite what any man may say! I am a blessed man.

I woke up very stiff from the antics of playing football with two young boys on the previous afternoon. The ground was bone hard and it jolted my old bones.

I spent the day with Yauheni. We had no meetings or preaching planned. We had toast and English Marmalade and some special pancakes Yuli had made.

Two of the leaders came back on Wednesday to tell us how it had helped many people and they brought a picture file for me, which they had taken during the meeting.

Yauheni dropped me back to my hotel and told me I only had 45 minutes to get ready. Thankfully, I had already prepared something – the parable of the sower. Yauheni told me I would be preaching in his church to a group who were renting their building following problems with their previous Pastor, who sold their building and ran off with the proceeds. The remaining congregation numbered about 30, mostly women.
