Logos
Have you ever asked yourself, "what is God's purpose for my life...?"
Life as a young person is hugely challenging and exciting. As the sun sets on your education, the rest of your working life is sprawled ahead of you and I imagine you're looking forward to making a mark on the world.

So what defines us and how do we reach our potential?
The values of young people are so often defined by the influence of peers, parents, educators and the media. And in modern society, the desire to fulfil one's potential is usually motivated from a selfish perspective and an increasingly sought after celebrity culture.
However, more often than not, society's values produce in a later life a sense of unfulfilment.... As one famous rock star sang, "I can't get no satisfaction!"
Our vision at LOGOS is to support young people in finding their potential in Christ. Through study of God's word, discussion and fellowship, we hope to enable individuals to hear God's call and respond in whatever that might be.
Christian living is the most exciting, fulfilling life... What's God purpose for your life?

'The Logos Group provides a platform where we can listen to the word of God and discuss issues that are applicable to our lives and situations. It's also a really nice time where people can get to know each other, have a good laugh and eat lots of food!'

Enjoyed reading the Logos news.I am inspired by the projects which have involved individual Logos members. Thanks too for all the seemingly smaller things like shifting picnic tables, serving coffee, looking after children, and numerous grotty jobs. They are much appreciated. Great Group!
Love you all!

"I have found the Logos group to be a fantastic way for me to socialise with other young Christians and the smaller group discussions are a great way for us to discuss our thoughts about a wide range of subjects and not feel exposed. I really enjoy spending time with and talking to older members of the group as they have a lot of life experience which I dont, and are able to give me sound advice if I have any questions. One of the best things has been that over this year I have got to know lots of people who I probably wouldn't have had it not been for Logos, so for that I am really grateful. Thanks! "
"I thought the Logos weekend was absolutely fantastic and extremely relevant to both me and my friends. It left us with a lot to think and talk about and I would definately encourage other people to go again as i found it really useful."

"The weekend away at Letton Hall was a wonderful time for me and it was a great chance to spend time with other Christians of my own age. I loved the location - it was right out in the countryside in a very peaceful setting. There were quite a few activities planned, like outdoor games and go-karting, but there was also free time to relax and chat. The meals provided were incredible - we were really spoilt! There were various meetings during the weekend which I found stimulating and challenging, and leaders were available to chat after each meeting. I particularly enjoyed being able to hear a range of different speakers, including a wonderful testimony on the Sunday morning. I came back from Letton Hall refreshed and look forward to our next weekend away!"
See you soon Susannah x
